10. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your Nio Far piece.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item has not been worn or used;
- the item is in its original condition;
- all original packaging, labels and accessories are included;
- the item has not been damaged after delivery.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival or incorrect.

11. REFUNDS
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
